📝 Job Overview:
We’re looking for a driven Technical Recruiter to help grow our IT consulting team by identifying, sourcing, and hiring top-tier technical talent. This role will support full-cycle recruiting for contract, full-time, and project-based roles across infrastructure, cloud, identity, and endpoint management.
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand technical requirements
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal database, and referrals
- Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and project alignment
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and hiring logistics
- Maintain candidate pipeline and data using an ATS or CRM
- Provide a strong candidate experience and build long-term relationships
- Support onboarding and handoff to HR or project managers
- Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting strategies
✅ Required Skills:
- 2–4+ years of experience recruiting in the IT or tech industry
- Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., AD Engineer, SCCM, Cloud, Security)
- Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, or other platforms
- Familiarity with contract, W2/C2C, and full-time hiring
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and hit weekly placement or pipeline targets
💡 Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with IT consulting firms or MSPs
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like Bullhorn, JazzHR, Workable, etc.
- Exposure to high-volume recruiting and fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of basic immigration terms (H1B, GC, Corp-to-Corp) is a plus
