📝 Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and connected IT Sales Executive to identify, pursue, and secure new clients for our growing IT consulting and services business. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of technology services and a passion for relationship-building, lead generation, and client engagement.
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Identify and target prospective clients needing IT services (e.g., AD migration, Entra ID, SCCM, Cloud, Security)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement)
- Present company capabilities, project offerings, and value proposition to prospects
- Coordinate and attend discovery calls, proposals, and follow-ups with technical team
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with delivery team to ensure alignment of client needs and solutions
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms
✅ Required Skills:
- 2–5+ years of IT sales or business development experience (MSP or consulting preferred)
- Familiarity with IT services like cloud migrations, AD/Azure, endpoint management, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify client pain points and position solutions effectively
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Knowledge of service-based selling models and recurring project work
- Comfortable with commission-based or performance-incentivized roles
