Experienced in IT services and software systems terminology.
Must be able to prospect leads through existing clients, cold calling, and other sources.
Must possess flawless telephone manners, and excellent command of written and spoken English.
Able to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from existing clients.
Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills.
Strong fluency in English and verbal and written communication skills.
Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.
Establish long-term relationships with customers.
