We are seeking a driven and connected Business Development Manager to identify and bring new clients to our IT consulting business. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business by connecting organizations with our infrastructure, cloud, and identity services. Ideal for someone with strong relationships, consultative sales skills, and a passion for tech.
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within IT, healthcare, finance, or enterprise verticals
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients for IT services (e.g., AD, Azure, SCCM, security)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects using outreach, networking, and referrals
- Represent the company in meetings, proposals, and client strategy sessions
- Collaborate with technical leads to tailor solutions that meet client needs
- Track activity and opportunities using CRM or internal tools
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth targets
✅ Required Skills:
- 3–5+ years in IT sales, business development, or account management
- Proven experience acquiring new clients in tech or consulting sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of enterprise IT services (Active Directory, cloud, security, etc.)
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and hit targets
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-incentivized role
